Plant Operations
Atrium oversees operational discipline across the life of an asset. The focus includes reliability, process control and performance improvement.
DRANCO (DRy ANaerobic COmposting) is Atrium’s flagship dry anaerobic digestion technology for solid biomass. It is designed to process agricultural residues and energy crops with efficient solids handling. The process converts biomass into biogas for purification into high-purity CBG. Its indigenous design supports practical manufacturing, scalable deployment and strong plant control.
Engineering Tomorrow's Renewable Fuels
Atrium’s technology portfolio spans the renewable fuel value chain. Each innovation has been developed to improve efficiency, scalability and commercial viability across modern biofuel projects.
Vertical Plug Flow Technology (DRANCO)
High-solids digestion · Small footprint · Eliminates Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM) by-product which cannot be used or sold· Automation
Liquified Biomethane (LBM)
Cryogenic biomethane · Virtual pipeline · Storage · Transport
Liquefied biomethane can support longer-distance transport and wider market access.
Renewable DME & Other Fuels
Atrium and Sai Bioenergy are developing pathways from biomass to future renewable fuels. These pathways include Renewable DME, Sustainable Aviation Fuel, bio-butanol and Green Methanol. Methanol can serve as a platform chemical for several downstream products. The right product can be selected according to feedstock, market demand and commercial value.
Advanced H₂S Scrubbing
Atrium’s SulfaCLEAN technology supports hydrogen sulphide removal from raw biogas. This step improves gas quality and protects downstream equipment. It supports the production of high-purity CBG.
Microbial Consortium Enhancement
Enhanced digestion · Improved process efficiency
Dual Fuel Systems
Diesel displacement · Reduced emissions · Lower operating costs
