What is the 3F model?
Feedstock, Fuel and Fertilizer — a closed-loop system where organic waste becomes renewable fuel, and the digestate by-product returns to farmland as certified organic fertilizer.
What feedstock do you accept?
Agricultural residue, napier and energy grasses, press mud, cattle dung, poultry litter and segregated organic municipal waste, depending on plant configuration.
What fuels does Sai Bioenergy produce?
Compressed biogas (CBG) and bio-CNG today, with green methanol and DME in our development pipeline for hard-to-abate sectors.
How do farmers benefit?
Farmers earn income from residue that was previously burned, and receive fermented organic manure that improves soil health and reduces chemical fertilizer dependence.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. We are developing early-stage opportunities in Ghana and evaluating additional African markets where the same circular logic applies.
How do you handle carbon accounting?
Projects are structured to be carbon-credit ready, with monitoring, reporting and verification aligned to recognised international methodologies.
